Shipping & Returns

Almost all orders will ship the same or next business day. Free shipping is only on orders of support products (stocking, socks, thigh highs, pantyhose, etc.). Free shipping is not available on accessories with out the purchase of a garment as it is not cost prohibitive. All orders usually arrive between 2-8 days, however usually sooner than later. There is a charge of 2.98 for orders over the phone. Shipping charges are posted when placing order. Free shipping may or may not be included depending on the promotion that is running at that time. If the current promotion provides for Free shipping and a pair of Donning Gloves, the customer may receive the Donning Glove of our choosing. You will be notified of any shipping charges before you finish checking out. Shipping is for the continental U.S. only. Again all domestic orders will be shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS and generally take 2-8 business days, but often arrive sooner. We do our best to provide you with the services that we would want our family to receive, if you have any concerns feel free to contact us at support@4mylegs.com. Rush Shipping is available for a nominal fee, however our products arrive so fast you need not to pay extra. If you must feel free to call or email us and we will talk to you about expediting your order. We don't recommend overnight or Next Day Air shipping because simply we value your business. The cost outweighs the benefits in our professional opinion. Reliable support products made with the highest quality of manufacturing are expensive, adding such a large cost to deliver makes them even more expensive. If you must have your shipment overnight please call us. We will talk to you and if you still desire we can and will meet your demands. Our orders arrive so fast normally we don't see the benefit when you look at the cost of this service. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. EST or on weekends typically ship the following business day. However, we cannot guarantee same day or next day shipping on any orders placed online. Please note, that a physical address must be provided for these shipments. No P.O. Boxes. Only available in continental United States. If an order is shipped via one of these methods and contains accessories (i.e., wash, gloves, etc.) or multiple brands, the order may be split into multiple shipments to expedite it as quickly as possible. * In the event of an extended manufacturer's backorder, we will promptly notify you. * Orders containing custom / non stock items may not ship out same or next day. You will always be notified of any delays. * We are not responsible for shipments that are lost, damaged or stolen unless shipping insurance is purchased. Return Policy You must keep all original packing material, boxes, and documentation in the event that your merchandise needs to be returned. Items returned without all packing material may not be accepted. Before making a return or exchange, please email us at support@4mylegs.com or call us at 1-800-385-2790 (Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST) to obtain a Return Authorization number. Orders returned without a Return Authorization number may not be accepted. All returns must be sent to us in a shipping box (not an envelope) to protect the integrity of the items. If you experience a manufacture's defect, please call us in the first 30 days. Your product will be promptly replaced. If you order multiple items of the same type and you experience problems with one item, do not wear other items. One worn item may be exchanged, but not all. If garments have been worn, FDA regulations mandate that they be laundered before return. If the garments have not been washed and are returned to us, we will return them to you to be laundered and all shipping will be at your expense. If you receive the wrong size, style, or color, we will replace or exchange the product during the first 30 days, as long as it is in the original packaging and unworn. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on certain items, including: Altered garments will not be exchanged even if there is a defect; All Ulcer Care garments and liners, Anti-embolism stockings, plastic surgery garments, and bandages are NON-RETURNABLE, whether they are opened or unopened due to FDA regulations; Any item returned without all of the original packaging material; Any special order items or items listed on the website as non-returnable; Any items that smell of smoke, perfume, or other pollutants; and Any items that are soiled or show signs of wear. All non-returnable items sent to 4mylegs.com will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. No refunds will be given after 30 days from the date you received your order. All returns accepted after 30 days may be subject to a 30% restocking fee and will only be exchanged for another product or issued a store credit good towards future purchases. The product must be in its original package and unworn. Shipping charges are nonrefundable, unless we sent the wrong item to you. If you return your garments for a refund and your order falls below the level for free shipping, a charge of 6.99 will be assessed. Your order only qualifies for free shipping one time. All exchanges will be charged a reshipping charge of 6.99 unless the error is our fault.
